Alina Aldea's visual discourse has always functioned as a clinical mapping of the tensions between architectural structure and organic fragility. Within her site-specific intervention at the National Museum of Romanian Literature, the artist activates a transit space, transforming the cellular wall into a host-organism that is simultaneously receptive and emitting. The project questions the incubation process of form and idea. The cellular shapes pre-existing in the wall lose their passive role as display niches to become active hatching spaces from which a series of neo-cocoons are generated. These material hybrids—articulated from metallic armatures, electrical wires, and a textile membrane of immaculate feathers—function as capsules of latency.

The architecture of the exhibition space is reconfigured as an advanced hybridization laboratory. The cells act as operational modules where industrial matter and organic networks merge, giving birth to a new type of sculptural organism. The metallic exoskeleton provides the supporting structure, while the electrical wires form a complex synaptic network responsible for conveying and transmitting impulses. This technological infrastructure is clad in a dense layer of pristine feathers, bringing a tactile memory of flight and a tension between the synthetic and the natural into the laboratory equation.

Within the economy of the International Poetry Festival, the installation becomes a device for processing and transforming poetic text. Poetry ceases to be a static discourse; it is treated as raw material subjected to reconfiguration, an energetic flux circulating through the space's hybrid network. Alina Aldea's neo-cocoons function as conceptual processing units in which the rigid structure of language is converted into impulse, and electrical conductivity becomes visual silence. Transcending the condition of the traditional sculptural object, the artist orchestrates a technological and organic ecosystem of suspended frequencies. Viewers are introduced directly into this laboratory's testing space, prompted to recalibrate their own perception when confronted with a new organism that continuously negotiates its expansion between the network's rigor and the weightlessness of the idea.
