'Personal data' includes but is not limited to your first and last name, your postal and billing address, email address, phone number, IP address and location data, as well as professional details and personal interests.

  • When you sign-up for a newsletter
  • When you fill in a form on our site
  • When you create an account with the gallery (either via the online shop or manually through the purchase of an artwork)
  • When you correspond with us with comments, queries, complaints or problems regarding our site or services and details of such correspondences
  • When you browse our site

  • For the performance of contracts to which you will be a party to and in order to take steps at your request prior to you entering into those contracts;

  • In order to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, under the terms of the anti-money laundering regulation effective from 10 January 2020 we are required to keep a record of any Customer Due Diligence information we obtain on customers for a period of five years from the completion date of the transaction).
